The 2 men in this next video raised a lion cub who they named Christian. Once he got too big they were forced to release him into the wild in Kenya. One year later they went back to see him and they were told he wouldn't remember them. This is a clip from their reunion.

Well if y'all didn't get the memo, May is national strawberry month. DUH.

And I have been very aware lately. Everyday so far this month a strawberry has made a significant appearance.

Jake made the best pie I've ever had in my life the other day, and of course, it was a strawberry pie. It was amazing.

I saw Paul Baribeau play a show the other night and got some new music from him. and he sings a song called strawberry which has some of the most brilliantly written lyrics.

Also, Strawberries are the food of love apparently which is also very significant to me in a special way this month.

AND I saw a pug today that came through the drive through at my work (in it's owners car) and it was wearing a dress with strawberries all over it! honestly those things are everywhere I turn.

I love May and I love strawberries.
